About McDine's Painting
Eric McDine is the founder and owner of McDine’s Painting, a company established with a commitment to enhancing the beauty, durability, and value of homes and commercial properties. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Eric has been a proud resident of Brevard County since 1989, where he has built both his business and his reputation for quality craftsmanship.
With decades of hands-on experience, Eric has been actively involved in the construction and painting industry through leadership roles in the Home Builders and Contractors Association as well as the Painters and Decorators of America, where he previously served as a local president. His dedication to excellence has been recognized through multiple Parade of Homes awards.
Eric is an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Renovator and a certified lead painter, ensuring all projects meet the highest safety and compliance standards. Today, McDine’s Painting is trusted to provide professional painting services for numerous school districts and local government agencies, reflecting the company’s reliability, scale, and attention to detail.
Beyond his professional life, Eric is a family man with grown children and takes pride in their achievements, including one child who is a World Champion in Odyssey of the Mind. He is also an active member of the PMPRC and enjoys golfing in charity events, fishing, hunting, and scuba diving.
